LBP2 STORY WORLD SERIES :: SkullCandyWorld [Help?]

Yes, im making a LBP2 mega series with the name of some classy headphones.

Basically, youve played LBP2, every creator has his world, own style of levels and play. im replicating this on empty space i have in my iX_x(DeadEyes Account). the story lines go, youve been sent from craft world after recieving a transmission from SkullCandy, a world of purpleness, skulls, and shiny surfaces. Two sides of the planet are at war! The planet's dieing government, and the rebels threatening to take it over the world.

The project started yesterday and i came he to find people who will be willing to help with logic, im good with basic logic and scenery, but scenes and movies are more difficult for me. The story is quite simple so i can add widely onto it and possibly a few of your ideas, also having a mic would be cool xD. the places of the story line will change, snow, sand, forest, any of these are your key elements, even for one level, and ill include you on the final product the levels are semi scenery/semi story, i keep them looking basically good to prevent too much overheating and techqiues like only using circle for unseen supports to keep the level above ground and small amout of materials which are cut off the screen.

Such stuff like Costumes for NPC's and dialogue for the first couple of levels are already done, im making it a 1-Player Only with 2-3 side missions which can be Co-op, im leaving them open for my sack-co workers to build xD featuring elements of the story on a funner basis, possibly a large survival map, there are various weapons in the game, one is called the Guzi94, its owned by the SKULLs faction which is the government, its a gun you start with at the beginning, its has a healthly clip size of 100, high amount of power and spread meaning fast and spread bullet damage capablities and is a pretty decent starter gun, it has low range however and recoils too much. gun design is also something i may need help on and Hostile NPC's. haha came up with a smaller mission where you play as a rebel.

im also still thinking of a SKULLS/Damage(Rebels) option, you can be a SKULL supporter, OR a rebel possibly, but this could mean two different story lines, maybe after 3 levels. depending on the points youve collected on the Skull side, Rebel Side OR Neutral, there will be more levels within each of the options, and at points you can switch and there can be 3 different ending movies. The Skulls Ending where the Rebels are put down and the world reunited under the old policy, the rebels ending of the world joint and united as a 'Free Nation' OR where you split the nations in half creating peace and 2 separate unions.

To answer your question.
The Levels Series Is part adventure with a load of genres involved, mainly a straight up adventure/platformer with certain areas like puzzle solving, you have a lil bit of a multiplatforming bit, flying across the level going pass the difficulties and fulfilling the story by completing set tasks then a bit of the way through you have an area for free roam, where you get to explore the individual areas and searching for clues to continue the storyline, through this you find out more about both factions and which you want to aid OR screw them both! xD for instance you may have a village, out of range from the government which makes you think, they are the evil ones, im for the rebels now, but you may see the rebels destorying buildings in order to show the government whos boss and they are actually harming local people, so you may then support the government to stop them.

Like i said, theres guna be 3-4 starter missions then itll get complicated with a system of 3 main endings, you can switch between them and at the end of the level depending which side you went for youll recieve Rebels/Government/Peaceful endings. im filling my entire iX_x account with the story so like 20 levels :L quite a big project but being a long series i shud be able to pick up more helpers over time.

Okay, to structure this, im bringing out a to do list that entitles what you can do so you can help out as lil or as much as possible..

- Side Game Maker (there will be 3-4 of these) lil mini games basically.
- Main Story Director (Creating the first main moments til the choices.
- Rebels Story Producer (Creating scenes of anarchy, creating rebelous characters etc)
- Skulls Story Producer (Creating civil cities, government armies and propaganda
- Netraul Story Producer (Balancing the two, more karma, this is scene as the 'Good' option.)
- Scenery Designer (Designing mountians etc)

i have a set style, mostly also simiular to the story mode, nice but quite simple with a good story. ill be making a demo level if you are confused about the themes and style of play. then we can start getting crafty!
