ok, so im trying my hand with a zombie survival game based off of COD zombies. Ive gotten down pretty well. the zombies work, soldiers work and all te mechanics are solid. i have only one thing left to do and that is create a way for a dieing player to be revived before he dies completely. currently i have a timer, hooked up to a tag sensor with an input set to forwards/backwards. after 5 seconds with a zombie to close the player can no longer move, after 8 more seconds the player dissolves and is killed in the controllinator, no respawning left. for the revival to work i want a friendly player to stand near the downed player for 3 seconds, then all systems resume. i do not need any help with revival animations im done those. all i want to know is how to hook this all up. i can send the soldier avatar out to u if u need it to figure this out. if u do want it DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING. i dont want to have to reifgure out my mechanics if something needs to be changed. any sort of help, even if its only a possibility or idea would be greatly appreciated. thakn you ahead of time, your fellow lbp creator, Swainja | 2011-06-25 06:07:00 Author: Unknown User |
Attach a Tag to the Player who will revive, called '#Reviver' On the dying player attach a Sensor, with the '#Reviver' Name on it, and hook it up to your 3 second timer, then hook that up to the Reset switch on the timer.
