All I know is I DETEST his voice. Seriously, I spent the duration of the tutorials with it on mute... But the main thing he does is a show called QI in the UK. 2011-06-23 22:09:00

You obviously never grew up listening to the Harry Potter tapes! I used to fall asleep to the sound of Mr Fry...

You're honestly the first person i've ever heard say that. What's not to like about his whimsical chattering?!

He sounds like he's seriously patronising the player, very much judging the job by the age-rating on the box. His jokes just aren't funny either. That maybe?

Really? I think you may have completely miss judged the entire tone of his narration. Sounds like you're just a little hung-up over playing a kiddy game

Anyway, Stephen Fry is, and has been, pretty much an English comedy institution, for god knows how long. Some of my favourite stuff of his is from Blackadder, but he's been involved with so much stuff over the years that is worth checking out

See, betraying my age here. I remember him from the days of 'A Bit of Fry & Laurie'.

Yes... Hugh Laurie - or as you Americans know him - "Dr. House"... before he was a doctor he was one half of a comedy duo!

Stephen Fry is an institution... and of course his voice is patronising... it's because he's considerably more intelligent that everyone else. He has an encyclopedic memory

. His jokes just aren't funny either. That maybe?

You do realise MM just paid him to read from a script (which he didn't write).
Go look at the comedy that Stephen Fry has actually been involved with over the years and eat your words
