First of all let me say this is a fantastic set of levels
That aside here's some things that might make it even cooler
-Some hidden prize bubbles in the initial menu area, maybe of the logo or ships
-Not dieing when you get pushed off the screen by an enemy is annoying and could be fixed by putting a big beam off screen with the same properties as heavy laser fire
-Prevent powerups from blocking the respawn point, as that was a game killer when i had my best score yet
-Making the boss of stage 1 slightly easier to kill
-In stage two making sure the last turret on the right before the big ship will always die

Let me start by saying the visuals in this level were amazing, I loved all the neon, and all the ships had really cool designs, along with the enemies. I did find the final boss of level 1 to be a bit gnarly, I lost a few thousand points there. All in all an excellent level, the choice of ships with different weapons gives a different gameplay experience each time, enough to keep me playing 2011-06-24 08:11:00

I played your level last night and I have to say I really enjoyed a lot about it. I think you did a great job on a lot of the graphical elements and I think I laughed every time I heard the voice overs. Some might not like them, but I thought they were awesome. You actually gave me some inspiration to explore this in my next level. Thanks.

However, the two items mentioned here by Nosebleed are exactly what I was going to recommend to address first and foremost. I'm pretty sure I lost over 20k in points just battling the final boss and could never understand why I always died just by hitting the bottom of the screen. I never saw anything to indicate that touching the bottom of the screen was a no-no. One other thing I think you could possibly play with is making some adjustments to scoring. I believe every time I lost a life it cost me -1000? That seemed awful steep compared to some of the positive points you could get.

Overall I liked what you have done here so far. Please let me know when you make any adjustments and I'll gladly stop back and play some more.

Im fixing the boss by centering him , I have no clue why it suddenly appears on the right a bit. Players can gain up to 150,000 points in the level so i think a 1000 point deduction is fair. Im also adding a new explosion effect to all large enemies.2011-06-27 20:06:00

This game is by far the worst shooter attempt I have ever seen!!!! Who makes these games?!

Oh, it's you Headman.... forget what I said.

Actually people, I've seen first hand what this creator is capable of. Very determine to get things right and delivering the best looking shooter thus far in LBP2 history. By the looks of the game, he doesn't cater to noobs =). My kind of creator, double =).

PROs
?Awesome visuals
?Control feels right
?10 ships to choose from
?Great replay value
?Loads of enemy varieties
?Bullet hell, yeah I love it!!!!
?Bombs, shields, and power ups, oh my...
?Fonts used matches the title very well and looks superb
?Stage scenery is very nice
?Crazy boss fight
?Amazing music
?Power!! voice acting, hell yeah!!
?Zombies..... nah, just kidding...

Cons
?Shield is a little glitchy, but I'm sure it'll be fix soon
?Not enough hours in the day to fully enjoy everything this game has to offer

This is MM pick worthy in my opinion. Nothing I can really add to make this game any better, cuz it's just that good.

Amazing leve i played this the other night and really enjoyed it.

The look of all the models and enemies was great as was the gameplay.
Loading times was very long though but extremly worth it. I really enjoyed the frantic gameplay but found it quite hard as at some points theres just too many bullets and lasers flying around to avoid easily. Although the crazy hailstorm of lasers and bullets was actually very fun and chaotic so maybe theres no real need to lessen them.

The ship selection menue was really an amazing feature i liked all the ships and tested four of them.
I think it might be good idea to place a gyroscope set to 100% on the playable ships as a few times i got wacked sideways by larger enemies and was unable to reset my position.
The pickups were great although the shield was a little useles but i'm sure it can be fixed.

Overal i found this to be a great game and enjoyed the custom music and the different levels with their own unique enemies. I will be playing this again and will recommend it to anyone i know.

Great job and please inform me if you make any major updates or new stages for this. A D-day type beach level with futuristic looking WW2 fighters and zepplins would be good idea for a new level.

Hey there i just played again to check out some of the other ships and found that the white ship with the two round ships that spin around it is almost uncontrolable as every time the small ships bash into something the whole ship tilts to the side. This should be fixable with gyroscopes as i mentioned before.

I played this level yesterday and it was fun.

VISUALS:
The opening menu looks really cool, and the designs looked extremely cool. Nice job on the effects and energy screens.

SOUND:
Great custom musics and vocals.

GAMEPLAY:
The vertical shooter controls are well put, and the powerups are nice addition. The only issues I had with this level is that there's too many enemy laser shots that kept on hitting me every time I respawned, and in the second level, after I died, one of the ship parts didn't disappear and I couldn't respawn.

OVERALL:
Good job on this cool shooter game. A yay.

This definitely deserves more plays!

That said I have to conclude that there isn't much to improve, except maybe an introductory level before Stage 1 to show the players what they're up against. Just a level to slowly introduce all the powerups, enemies and stuff. Everything else is just perfect already. Very good job. Hey there played it again a couple days ago and found a problem in stage 2 where occasionally when your ship gets destroyed near the beginning you cant respawn. A star type explosion box is constantly emitted but my ship never respawned. This happened to me before once as well when i played before but i just thought it was a once off.

BTW i really liked the helicopter enemies and the tanks. I really like how you have made different enemies for each level keeps it interresting.
