I'm a huge Tekken fan. I thought 5 was the worst one, and honestly, I don't think 6 is going to be any better. The number of stupid little features in it... Rage mode? Item mode? The "bounce" system? I don't like a single one of those. Here's why; Rage Mode: When your health is at like, 5% or whatever it is, your hands spontaneously combust and you do more damage. Horrible idea. So for getting your head kicked in, the game rewards you so you have a higher chance at coming back and winning? Unfairly? Anyone who claims victory after that isn't a true Tekken player. Item Move: This would've been fine if it had been done well. Marshall Law with Nunchakus, Lei Wulong with a Shuriken (he's a cop though, I don't think hurling a throwing star in someone's face is really encouraged in law enforcement), all fine. Sort of. But then Kazuya Mishima steps in with laser vision. What the hell? Bryan Fury has a shotgun. Surely that would be a one-hit-blow-your-face-off move? And then to top it off, Bruce's item move is little chicks. Baby chickens run across the screen and attack the opponent. Seriously? "Bounce" System: Haven't read into this much. But from my understanding, a opponent slamming to the ground will bounce slightly to enable their challenger to continue a combo. Yeah. Sweet. Because it wasn't frustrating enough to get caught in a long-winded combo without giving them a chance to start off a fresh one. That could let people do combos for a whole match, never allowing a person to fight back. I just wanted the pure and simple fighting game, with a gripping story that I loved so much. Not cheap little gimmicks to pull some new fans in. If they are new, they won't even be able to grasp the true beauty of the story behind it. Half the magic would be lost.

Hey, I'm a fan of Tekken series too! I used to play Tekken a lot before someone told me to try LBP edit mode. I've got Tekken 5DR online, where my rank is "Destroyer", so if anyone wants to play anytime, just let me know!!
