How/where do you get this material?

| You can obtain the Battenburg material in Victoria's third level, The Cakeinator. There is an area where you have to stick a cake onto a downwards conveyor belt to avoid dying. Immediately after that, there is a circular piece of Pink Floral Wallpaper cardboard. You have to use the Cakeinator to rotate it to reveal a bounce pad, after which you can obtain the Battenburg material, along with the Damage-Peeled Sticker sticker and the Eyeball Doodle sticker.
