does it seem that the PS3 community is sorta becoming "immature"? I mean, sure the Xbox 360 community has it's share of immature users, but why are we suffering from this? Personally, I act normal with online gaming, but with a bit of manners. Last night, I was just playing LBP2 with one of my PSN friends and here's come along "GDSniper", who's on my friends list and we played through a "girl-ish" costume level and then, he calls me a pervert. Just for liking one of the costumes. THEN, we try to play the Silent Hill 3 tribute level, by "KilledByKangaroo" and he starts whining "That he doesn't want to get nightmares". Sheesh, it's not like Keisama's two J-Horror levels. AND THEN, he still calls me a pervert, for playing video games with "little kids". Just... what? He hardly knows my friend, Ryuzaki. There's nothing wrong with playing video games with little kids. Period. So, I've considering unfriending him. Typical 13-year old PSN user, I guess (No offense, to those of you who do act mature) So, any experiences you'd like to mention?

Pretty sure Rabid-Coot is winding ya up. I don't play online that much so can't comment really. I'd say you can play online with anyone and as long as you're appropriate it should be fine. If he's annoying you, boot him. No need to be nice if it's decreasing your enjoyment of your gaming.

Yeah I agree with Burrich, especially with this type of game, it's target audience is quite low as it's a kiddy game. Not saying that I got this game to play with kids, but if people need a hand in getting certain things then I'm one to help them. I admit that I have a few kids knocking around on my psn due to this but this doesn't really bother me to much either. None of them seem immature in anyway or anything.

Most of the other immature people I encounter online are playing Black Ops(It's okay, but I'm more of a Goldeneye 007 guy) I stay appropriate and I tone down my usage of profanity too(I don't really use much of profanity in public either. Just when I'm frustrated or something)

Well, I learned something today. I'm a pervert. What with being even older than you, but still chilling with the same age group. In saying that, I pick my company a little more carefully. I can't say I've ever really stuck with anyone so immature. PSNs community (At least, the majority. Sites like this one always seem to attract the... Competant ones, shall we say.) has always struck me a bit half baked. It amazes me how people my own age and older can show themselves to be so incredibly petty, or oblivious to how their actions effect the people around them. I always remembered one fellow I met on LBP. He seemed a nice enough guy. I met him through one of LBP1s story levels ages ago, by chance. We spoke a bit, and I got a friend add, and I think, for the most part, we got along. He seemed to have some sort of personal issue with being wrong, or being told he was immature, but I never thought it would be too much of a problem. Until one day, in online create, I remember how he del'd me off his friends list for disagreeing with him. I was playing the final stage of the MAG beta at the time, and I was curious as to whether he'd taken a look or not, and what he had thought. He seemed a bit indifferent to the game, itself, but he said something about IGN claiming that MAG was to be cut from 256 players, to 128 players. None of the places I was actively following had said anything of the sort, and I explained this to him. He didn't like that too much, and threw a hissy fit over being told he was mistaken. I haven't heard from him since, and TBH, I don't really mind, either way. But my encounter with this fellow was what made me think more carefully about the types I hang with. I won't name drop, as I've actually seen him on this forum. Anyways, that's my story.

Wrong Just leaving some friendly advice. Heh, sorry for dragging your good name through the mud . TBH no matter where you game online, you're probably going to come across immature folks. It's faceless so it's not like you can tell what age the are or judge them based on the look of them as we do in life. I don't think there's anything wrong with booting people if they're annoying you in any way. Your online experience should be such that you enjoy it to its utmost potential. Only friend people you get on well with... or at least don't add people left-right and centre and delete friends who annoy you. Then again, I'm a very anti-social gamer .
