Do you think it would be fun, to add clan/club levels to LBP2? I'm thinking about making a clan/club, and are wondering if it was a good idea or if someone would support this subject.

LBP is not so stricly competitive game play to have clans/clubs, but team system would be good for team publishing, people already make team and series PSN accounts

Oh ok, but I don't mean in a competitive way, just having activities to do, and having roles in the club, not in wars or battles of such. Thanks anyway

Well, you can pretty much do that without clans, just gather up friends and do it.

You clearly haven't done enough group projects in school yet. I guess I get to keep my cynicism trophy. EDIT: and to make this reply a bit more constructive... The sackperson below me gets it. Clans, guilds, groups, cliques... Most start out with good intentions and no plan. Then life kicks in and one person cannot live up the promises. Then one starts to get annoyed by the creative choices another made. Then both won't bulge, split is imminent. People lose interest fast. Too little results within too little time. One member thinks he has to do everything, another just leeching from the sidelines. With a whole lot of time and energy wasted and nothing to show for it, the group initiative fades into obscurity. What you will get results with is having a group of (online) friends with who you are already being creative and are having fun. You already know you match together, because that is why you are friends. It is much easier to join forces with friends, cooperate, make compromises and be plain honest than it is with strangers.

Clans work much differently on LBP then on other games, such as Pokemon, COD, and other games which competitive play comes in hand online. What LBP could do, is have Clan Wars, and those clans could go to war and have their best creators take part in a war which they need to have 4 Builders, and 1 Creation User. These Wars could come down to topics, for say 'Robots'. So for example, each clan that is partaking in the war must build a Robot that is able to be blown up, and they will take that Robot to war with the opposing clans robot. Lets say the rules are Best 2 outta 3, whoever can knock the opponents robot twice wins. That is the only way I see competitive play playing into LBP.
