| I don't even know what a blog is :o DON"T SAY ANYTHING >=( and i don't know where to find them. Look up on the page, where it says Home, User CP, Experience, Arcade, etc... There's one called "Share", and it has a dropmenu. That's where the Blogs are. And blogs are... Um... Well, it's sort of like...an online diary/journal of the sorts, sometimes public, sometimes not. | Well, I write them and I read them. A blog is different to a topic post or reply. A blog allows the writer to say whatever they want, about any topic. Most of the blogs here talk about how the various people are progressing in terms of level development. I use my own blog to write down different bugs I have found and how different concepts are progressing (or not progressing). I even used one of the entries as a back bone for the sticky guide, "When should I publish my level?" The article is here: https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=t=5473 The original blog entry is here: http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/blog.php?b=80 Even if no one were to read my own blogs, which I know are long reads and opinionated, I still get personal value over the chance to reflect. I just love reflecting, really. Not only does it help me to problem solve situations with design out loud, but it allows me to think in a direct and purposeful way about what's been done and what will be happening. Sure, some users don't blog as often, and the quality for different people varies wildly, but it is interesting reading other people's views and opinions about whatever they want to discuss. And if you want a short cut to a random blog, on the front page of the forums down at the very bottom you can see a thing which says "Latest blog entry". | I started blogging here a couple weeks ago. I used to blog a lot a few years back, it's a good way to just get everything off your chest when you don't have someone nearby you can talk to. In a blog you just talk about anything and everything, but you're not really talking *to* anyone or expecting anyone to read and comment. It's just a place to write your thoughts. I add the little tidbit here and there, but my life is not that interesting to talk about. | I do! I do! I used to have my own blog online.. but ran out of time to run it, so I gave it up... it's interesting to see what's going through people's thoughts.. Right now, mine is just my status update on my level I'm working on... (and griping about my bad bowling... 3 Sub-100 games!!! ARGH! YICK!
