YT movie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SCqEyNvtT8 Thanks Chimpanzee! love ya! type of level: - A Silhouette based LBP1 style Platformer. - Medium to hard gameplay. - Almost unenjoyable in multiplayer (online lag). - No story, just an in my humble opinion funny intro/outro. Note: After spending months working on various levels and spending much time playing other games and having fun with real life friends Im finally back to release another level called "Shady functions" I wanted to finish the level within 2 weeks, but it ended up being more than a month on my moon because my co-creator clay hasnt had much time to spend online and for the first time in ages I had a mayor creative blockage.. I pushed through and made something I enjoy playing as much as I enjoy looking at it. Advice: A light-emitting costume might help. Best played alone. time your jumps! Special thanks: C_Mckamey (aka Clay) Foofles, for trying to fit an original song in 1/8th of a thermo bar.. which sadly wasnt possible, his awesomeness just doesnt come with thermo restrictions Many people tested this level, thanks to them all. Enjoy! Any comments, reviews and head-up's for problems in-game are appreciated! http://lbp.me/v/1m52e- | 2011-06-17 18:38:00 Author: Luos_83 Posts: 2136 |

This level was just outstanding. Hats off to you. the visuals were beautiful and highly detailed. the 3d layer glitch was well executed here as well as you could barely tell it was there. the gameplay contraptions and mechanics were pretty original and I never felt lost as to the next step. Great job. feel free to check out my level which is more of a visual scenic level "Nature's solitude" lbp.me link http://lbp.me/v/0kn3j2 ps your level should be Mm picked easily. | 2011-06-18 04:20:00 Author: juscallmeJ Posts: 77 |

I played this last night and usually don't like dimly lit levels, but this one is an exception. stunning visuals and gameplay luos. I loved all the contraptions and got frustrated in a few spots (due to being sleepy) but still thoroughly enjoyed playing it. Thank you. | 2011-06-18 15:41:00 Author: biorogue Posts: 8424 |

Not only was the platform unsurprisingly outstanding and unique, but the story was genuinely well thought out. Just when I thought it would have a somewhat happy ending, to my surprise, it would be dejavue all over again. Imagine having to encounter something like that in your life, no thanks. The silhouette was different from the usual ones I've encountered, but never the less the sepia colors was perfect and original for this level. Your contraptions were very creative and unique as well. Excellent job. This truly is a masterpiece that has to be played by all. I hope you make a sequel or prequel. That would be kool | 2011-06-18 22:46:00 Author: tripple_sss Posts: 250 |
Great level once again, Luos. You never cease to create a good level. Once again proving to the players that you can make a great level even when going out of your comfort zone. Shady Functions was full of ideas and mechanics that I've either not seen before or I've not seen often, wrapped in an enjoyable little story. Everything came together to make a level that was thoroughly enjoyable. Although, to be honest, I enjoy playing your levels when I'm am surrounded by the deep, beautiful, and lush scenery that defines you as a creator. A silhouette level was not something I would've expected, but you created an atmosphere that was as nice as a texture-less environment can allow. Either way, great job. | 2011-06-18 23:54:00 Author: piggabling Posts: 2979 |
First let me say congratulations on finally publishing a level after months! second this is one awesome level. The visual art of this level is very creative the way to use the 3D tool was very creative and it gave it that extra touch. The platforming action was very unique something that I don't see in a lot of levels which just made it even better, the hidden bubbles are kind of easy to find but still. This was one awesome level and now I fell like playing it again! keep it up | 2011-06-19 14:50:00 Author: Arnald23 Posts: 1843 |
I played this level and it was seriously epic and artistic. VISUALS: The silhouette design looks really good, and the animation of the obstacles is well executed. The opening and ending cinematics are well made. SOUND: Great echoing sounds and musics. GAMEPLAY: The platforming is a lot of fun and clever. I never experienced such an epic obstacles like that before. OVERALL: A brilliant level with such detailed silhouette visuals and great gameplay. A yay, heart, and positive feedback. | 2011-06-19 20:51:00 Author: JustinArt Posts: 1314 |

That would be kool Thanks for the play and review I thought it would be funny to add a litle groundhog day like story to it, and did my best to make the platforms have something special, not just a random platform that appeared and dissapeared but also the whole reason on why it appeared and dissapeared I will make another silhouette level in the future, this time in a lush forest temple Great level once again, Luos. I actually played this level yesterday before I saw it on here, the scenery and atmosphere was amazing, and it had a good challenging difficulty too, without getting frustrating. The level had a nice dark atmosphere, but it never actually got so dark that you lost track of your player. All the challenges were well thought out and creative. I had a blast playing this level! Good job man. | 2011-06-24 08:07:00 Author: sp0ngyraver Posts: 407 |
