Flame Effect Tutorial
Archive: 6 posts
Hey everyone, thanks for opening my post. Here I show you how to make a cool flame effect, with 3 easy steps. 1: Get out a peice of rubber and set it on fire. 2:Shrink the rubber to the smallest it can go on "Small" Grid snap. 3: Emitt your flame, the emitter's settings should be Linear Velocity 50-100, Max Emtted at Once: 100, and Frequency 0.00. Note: To grab the rubber once you have shrunk it, you have to use the Multi-Select tool, or hold X and move the anolog stick. Optional: Make a secod rubber block on top of the first one. Put An Impact Sensor on the Rubber and attatch it to a Destroyer. Destroy effect of your choice. Don't feel like making it? 0% brightness holo set on fire is easier and can be selected also after. It's also more efficient, using 100% less Emitters. | 2011-06-18 17:56:00 Author: Unknown User ![]() |
0% brightness holo set on fire is easier and can be selected also after. Yes, But the hologram also will fall through the ground when it hits, and it wouldn't look as realistic. | 2011-06-19 15:51:00 Author: hershysnickers5 ![]() Posts: 50 |
Hershy, its helpful, if you direct people to a level, if you post a LBP.me link. That way, people can queue it, and not have to search. Catch you around. ![]() | 2011-06-19 17:35:00 Author: CYMBOL ![]() Posts: 1230 |
