Legal Question.

| Okay, So my friend is a member of an online game. He infracted for having multipile accounts, And having decided he wanted to stop playing the game, he messaged the moderator, Accusing him of discrimination ect. It was really funny, So he finished it by saying his long lost uncle who runs a law firm in Texas, Is bring legal action. My parents being law lecturers, He asked me to pose as his lawyer, And message the companys law team. We weren't actually planning on taking it to court, And I'm obviously not a lawyer, But the joke was hilarious, So I wrote a legal sounding message to the company. What I'm worried about is A. Is it legal? B. Could I get arrested or fined? C. Is it wrong? D. What can or can't I do? Can I demand for him to send my friend in game currency, And if so, When we do come clean, Do we have to send them back?
