LB3 : In-Game Convencion Center

With E3 going on, I thought it would be cool to have a in-game LBP2 version of E3. If you are a creator who has something that they want to show to the world, or if you want to show just a sample of your upcoming MM-pick-to-be level, bring it to LB3. 35 showcased spots are available right now for renting. The 1st 35 members to sign up will get these spots. I might extend the number after I see how much thermo this takes up. See you all at LB3!

Ahha. SWITCH2 in my sig is the level icon (still undecided) but im really trying to get my level out there into the public Conciousness. Looking forward to it and great idea! Ahhh i just read, so this isnt seperate levels? In that case i cannot show off my game. Any piece of it will overheat your level. Its not something that could fit in just a "small room". If you used a ton of level links maybe, but imma have to pass. Doesnt seem that thought out: posting some of my creation i spent months on creating in a random level that can easily be copied. If the level links and some kind of deadline is added then i may reconsider.2011-06-17 04:06:00

I really like this idea but I personally think it would be better if it was filled with level likes to demos of the levels people are making. There could be a standard "booth" made and it would be tied to the level link. That would mean more people could be featured and you could even organize it by the types of levels (top-down, first-person, platformer, etc.). I think it would be good because then you minimize the risk of interfering logic in the demos and some people might just want to make a trailer for theirs. Good luck with this though. I don't think I have enough work done on any of my levels otherwise I would love to be a part of this. I may return if I change my mind.2011-06-17 05:07:00

ya you might want to find somone to help make this with you cuz this idea is golden and you would want to make it amazing b4 any one else steals ur idea and tops it. Id like to be a part of helping you build it, i can do most of the design, logic, and presentation work as long as we can both publish it on our planets. Would u consider something like that. Ok, I have more details. All you have to do is make a small info booth with a level link. I'm not asking you to put your actual levels in this level. All you need to do is decorate a small booth or show off something small. ShadowTyphoon, I would very much appreciate help on this project. Jakest123, could you make a poster. coolio, It would help if you could specify a size the booth should be (X big squares tall, X big squares wide) I am planning on having a hologram slideshow in my booth

EDIT: Just experimented, and 10x10 squares on the 'big' grid setting gives the creator plenty of space

Is there any deadline for entries yet?
