I have an object that I want to use in my Create mode, but I don't want it to be copied. Is there a way I can make it so that if someone tries to copy it, they cant? Thanks!!!!

You can lock your level so that people can't copy the level to their moon and have access to everything in it. I believe you can also do this to your objects you give away as well (though I don't see why you'd want to give stuff away if you didn't want people to copy it).

But if I bring out an item in my Create Mode, is there a way I can make it so that the other players cannot capture that item? Thanks!

You can invite only the people that you trust into Create mode.

Yeah, I only invite trusted friends to create. that is as secure as you can get

You could put a very obscure piece of DLC on the object so that if they try to open it, the game will not allow them to.

tweak the item to not be shareable. I think it might work. I might be thinking of a prize bubble.

Do what @FlipMeister suggested. I do this with all my objects that I don't want to be shared. EDIT: Actually I like to put an item/sticker from all of my DLC because I know that my friends don't have all of it.

Hmmm... I think this just comes down to being a nice person. I have been invited into some pretty amazing levels in create mode and would never dream of copying anything. In had someone in my level and we were talking about follower logic and they dropped down a community object with some interesting logic. I still asked if I could copy it. You can sort of tell by looking at profiles to see if the person is a decent person and you don't need to accept every friend request. But I do think that there should be a copy lock for create mode same as the 'please rewind' and 'please unpause' it the guest selects something it should say 'please copy'.

I think that if you get a friend (whom you trust) and get him to save it as an item then send it to you, nobody will be able to edit it. you can still edit the origonal, but you will not be able to edit the copy.
