Currently, when in your pod playing lbp2 and you go to view cool levels, lbp1 levels and lbp2 levels are mixed together. In order for you to sort out the lbp1 levels so that you only view lbp2 levels, you have to hit triangle and de-select lbp1 levels. If you back out of it and go to say, your moon, and then click on cool levels you have to do the same thing all over again. And if you have not noticed it seems that there are a ton of lbp1 levels making their way on to the cool levels. My suggestion is that any lbp2 player should automatically, by default, only see lbp2 levels without having to de-select the lbp1 levels. There would still be the option to select lbp1 levels if you wish, but we should not have to do this every time. Surely MM has noticed what the lbp1 cool levels has turned into...complete and utter, well you know. Honestly I think it is infecting lbp2, as in the last week or two I have seen a lot of lbp2 levels on the cool levels that are similar to the same garbage seen on lbp1. Honestly I am not one to even use cool levels to try and find good levels, as I usually stick to the forums to find good quality levels, but let us be reasonable in saying that the majority of people that play lbp2 do not partake in online lbp forums and usually rely on the "cool levels." Of course this would need to be fixed in update, but anyone else think this is a good idea? I mean we all know what happened with the lbp1 cool levels back in the day, and surely to goodness we do not want a repeat of that. Not mentioning any names, but I have already seen several people spamming the cool levels much like other folks did in lbp1. And it sickens me to see people take prizes and costumes from other peoples levels and make their own levels that (GIVEAWAY) those same costumes, prizes, or glitches and get thousands of plays, hearts, and author hearts for stuff they did not even make. All the while the original person's level that originally gave away the costumes, prizes, glitches barely gets played at all. I just know that the first two or three months after the release of lbp2, the lbp2 cool levels actually worked about the way they should have worked and a lot of really good levels could be found there. Now I see them slowly creeping toward the inevitable repeat that was lbp1.

Yeah totally agree, I made an thread four (yes four) months ago. https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=49351-LBP1-filter-on-the-LBP2-cool-list-should-be-OFF-on-default. I gave the reason originally "There's is not going to be a original, new decent level coming out of LBP1 anymore, so i see no use of them showing up in 2. If there is, it can be on the LBP1 cool pages or you can find it by ticking the filter." And to prove the point I haven't found 1 new decent LBP1 level at all. Seriously we brought LBP2 for LBP2 levels and a lot of great creators have hidden their great LBP1 levels too. At the least, keep it so when you untick LBP1 from the filter, may it be un-ticked until you tick it again.

I completely agree. The only levels I've seen from LBP1 are either shark, bomb, or H4H. If I'd like to see them, then I'd go and look for them. Perhaps just an option to save your search settings each time.
