How can I make my player's vehicle flip and go on the ceiling and not flips its controls. Like how the segways vehicles worked in the cosmos?

Those most likely did not actually flip "gravity" but rather switched from one gyroscope to another to flip the orientation of the player, and followers to "pull" the object up or down. This will not affect your movers as long as they are not set to local space. You'll still move left and right as normal.
