Can you get ALL the trophies for the Metal gear and Pirates of the Caribbean packs without actually paying for them?

Easiest way to test would be Paint Splurge - Fire 5000 paintballs from the MGS pack and Salty Dog - Complete 20 community levels that contain water from the PotC pack. If they unlock you should be able to get the most of the others.

Nope you can't, you can play 20 water levels or shoot paintballs, but the trophy won't be unlocked until you paid. At least when I bought them, I instantly got the trophies.
