My newest level: Wooden Perfection.

A classic, fun and simple platformer with a Sackbot buddy. A level to relax and have fun.
In this level you team up with Bob, the treasure hunter. Your goal is to find a golden apple made by the ancient Sackpeople.
Can you find it?

Hi ScorpSkull,

Cant believe no-one else has commented on your level!

Perhaps it was due to posting the video, (which sometimes means after watching it people don't need to play it now)

Anyway.. I played your level 3 or four times in an attempt to gain the top score (multiplier hungry) and thought it was great.

The whole level is really playable and the difficulty setting is just about right. I think alot of people make the mistake of making their levels just too difficult which does put people off and they end up getting annoyed and giving up.

The detail and materials used were great, with a nice feeling of height an depth to it.
The small story including your mate Bob was great and kind of added to the level nicely.

The in-out stairs moving up were smooth as..
It would have been nice to actually pick up the golden apple for and extra 500 points or whatever..

overall superb and you must be pleased with the number of plays so far!

Cheers,

oh another level i played then after a while saw it on this forum. i played it with another 3 friends a few times before. it was really well made, the detail was fantastic, it had real depth to it and i really liked how well it was lit. the treasure hunter was a brilliant touch, i'll probably end up playing this again though i'm sure i hearted it already a few days ago. i'll check later just to be sure = )2011-06-12 14:01:00

Hi,

I played this level yesterday.

But for the sackbot, this could easily pass for a LBP 1 level..... but that's not a bad thing, because this level is very well made, and very good. I looks great (MM quality), and the platforming is simple and fun. Good job

PS. I also played your other levels - the Pong one and the crazy lights one (I forget the name). Keep up the good work.

First let me start by saying-Wow. You brought us the savanaha style level only LBP2 revamped. This level was a load of fun to play. It was a bit short but im not going to count that due to the rest of the obvious work put into it. Things to improve, I guess i would have liked to hear more about Bob and if the level was longer more times having to save him as he says it always happens to him. I really like the in/out movers used they were very fine tuned and worked a treat. I loved when you had to save Bob and the Swich led to another Switch, and it didnt go to long. Great Level 9/10.

Could you please review SWITCH2 when it comes out. Just post in the thread so I remember to pm you. The thread is in my sig.

Nice level you have made here i did think at a couple parts though it was like playing LBP 1 but that didn't spoil the fun. I'm not that great at platformers but this was one i could finish and enjoy.2011-07-29 13:15:00
