Is it possible to change the amount of points you get from destroying a brain? I tried connecting a score giver to it but it wouldn't work.

I've never tried, but I imagine you can't. You could make a custom impact switch that replaces the brain, destroys the creature, and gives you a certain score. Just leave the brain on it, but make it invincible.

I think this would work. You'll need one score giver, set to plus or minus, depending on how you want to adjust the score. Set it to activate on destruction, should work. Failing that, a microchip on a holo with a score giver, and a tag sensor set to a timer which then connects to a destroyer. Put the tag on the monster, have the holo follow it. Set the timer to 0.1s, score giver set to give/remove points on destruction.
