Apparently, Nintendo has been hacked by "LulzSec" http://www.postchronicle.com/news/original/article_212368301.shtml Apparently, they like Nintendo too much to "cause any harm"... Your thoughts?

I heard of that group of hackers getting into Sony's web site, but Nintendo now? All these hackers have it all wrong.. If they think they may not be "causing harm" they are, it's a crime stealing the credit cards, and they can still say "they don't wanna cause harm"?...

Stealing the credit card numbers is what I think is the biggest crime here, because the DOB and addresses of many people who use online services are usually fake. I hope no other major companies get hacked, or we'll begin to have a large problem, especially with all the information being stored online these days.

Hackers think they are proving a point by hacking these networks.... but they are really just being a pain in the ***.. these companies have millions of dollar and they can blow these things off like they are nothing. It us that are affected by this.. I've always been a sega and sony console player so this nintendo thing doesn't affect be but still there are other people who are. EDIT: If they are affecting credit cards Im gonna have some issues here.. spent some money on some rockband points for my Wii but I think im good

Yeah, even Anon took credit card numbers and spent their money with it One person even said something bad about them on a internet forum, and the next day, the guy had their E-Mail address all messed up, their PSN account was banned, and their credit card had charges on it. Scary hmm? I hope this group isn't like that.. Has anyone heard if anyone's had any credit card changes or charges they didn't make?

I can already tell just by their group name that these guys are nothing but ***holes. Honestly, to hack a company, affect millions of users, and put people through a potential identity theft crisis just for fun is stupid.

Yeah they do, but they choose to turn everyone's private life with personal information such as credit card numbers, location/name/address (For those that actually put in real info) into a game against a company. They just ruin all this for everyone. It's a gaming network for gaming, not their own personal combat site.

But Nintendo is less suprising because they're easy to hack into. Think of all the DS flashcards and the Twilight Hack. Having said that, people should still learn to leave things alone, all this hacking and glitching is getting ridiculous now.
