*Images Below!* Over the past eight months or so, I've had neither the time or the patience to actually play LBP, mainly due to work, music and other personal matters. However, now that I've finished my AS course, I have a brief couple of months to really get to grips with the tonnes of new features that LBP2 has to offer, and hence I have a new level in the works. Yaaay!(...?) ^^ Now, I've managed to put quite a bit of work into it so far, but due to my inactivity over the past several months, I haven't the slightest clue with regards to how high the bar has been set when it comes to creating good, unique and enjoyable levels in LBP2. But, in any case, here's the idea - in fact, there is no "big" idea at the moment, I'm just experimenting. So far my epic quest of "understanding how the bloody **** buggering donkeys do you use half of these new tools" has lead me to making a level about time anomalies; portals that give you the ability to slow down time. In other words, this level is about manipulating TIME to overcome large, untraversable obstacles, making intangible objects tangible and making them work by activating emblems, capturing orbs, setting things on fire and just generally being clever. Original, huh? *...ssshhhh...* Hence, why I have named it: Faux's Mansion ...because the first stage is in a mansion...the second in a garden...nice huh? But in any case, it's coming along nicely. At the moment, I have no clue what I'm doing or where I'm going with this, but I have enlisted the help of my good friend Evanesced who has, in fact, designed some of the sections and contributed to the art-direction of the level, because he's awesome, obviously. I'll be putting up pictures tomorrow, please feel free to leave any suggestions - any help and advice would be much appreciated! ^^ I'll update this tomorrow, so keep an eye out ^^ Much love to you all! Looks pretty but the pics are kind of hard to see since they're right on top of each other. Hope to see this level out soon.
