3d neighborhood and park level

| After playing a few levels that had the 3d layer glitch and watching tutorials such as Comphermc's layer tutorial on youtube, it motivated me to make a level using the 3d layer glitch. I officially published this level after 30 hours of work and is probably my best level yet. Basically it is just a level that you can chill and look at your surroundings as I have numerous 3d objects in the back layers.
