Thermo help

Fellow sackpeeps! Lend me yoru ears! I am in need of help. can some friendly sackpeople give me some tips on how to be kind to the thermo? I aslo have a qustion. If i use many texures in my level, but to reduce thermo space I took photos of the texures,recolour all the txures in the level to blue wood and then place stickers of the texures what I want them to be. Hello, Well first i'll answer your question, taking pictures of the textures and placing them on blue wood. Yes that would save a lot of thermo, but tbh it would look really bad, wouldn't it?

Some tips, try limiting yourself to only 5 or 6 materials, make sure you use cardboard or a smooth material, its a must. Because you can sticker it and re-texture as much as you want (yes blue wood is ok, but i always find it too shiny.)
If you want some nice texture stickers that will help you save A LOT of therm, take pictures of the custom backgrounds (like the bricks from the metropolis) some very nice textures you can place on cardboard or other smooth materials.

This is bad advice...I have NEVER EVER had materials be the limiting factor in any level, you can EASILY use a dozen...go nuts!

Unique sackbot costumes eat up a lot of thermo, definitely worth emitting/destroying sackbots as needed if doing chunks of the level itself is problematic.
