Using a "timer" to display "health"

| Does anybody know how to use a timer as a display for a health bar, or wether it can be done. I dont mean how to use a timer to calculate damage, i want the timer to be the display that the player sees... Cheers. | There are several ways to do this, I'd suggest my own health meter, but it's probably MUCH more complex than what you need.
