Least Favorite Holiday?

We all have jolly good times, but some annual festivities aren't as fun as the creator hoped they would be. What is your least favorite holiday and why?

I lyk never do ANYTHING for Valentine's day, and our school doesn't either so no one really cares. =3

I never cared much for Thanksgiving Day.
Then again, that might be because it hasn't been as hyper-commercialized as the other holidays by our wonderful consumerist society. At least I can be thankful we don't get Thanksgiving Day ads everywhere 3 months before the holiday.

Halloween.

Nothing says annoying like having your doorbell ring all night by a bunch of kids demanding you give them sweets or they'll graffiti your front garden and door.

Halloween is like Atheists Christmas here in Scotland.
It's the one time of year where (certainly in my peer group) people actually make an effort to host parties, and we're all very competative about having the best costume. My sister usually starts planning her next Halloween costume as soon as the last Halloween is finished.

Thankfully fear of Peadophiles seems to have killed off Trick or Treating.		2011-06-01 14:34:00

I like all Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas those kinda Holidays because I like spending that time with my Family But Valentine's day on the other hand... Singles have it great on valentines day... they don't need to buy over-priced flowers or chocolates - no need to pay over the odds to sit in an over-crowded, over-booked restaraunt.

Luckily, my girlfriend always instists we ignore Valentines day (but I'm such a big soppy romantic I always surprise her).

A bit off topic, but a funny story.. One night last month we felt like Mexican food and when we got to our favorite Mexican restaurant, found it packed. Repeat Day ---June 3

I have never got a valentines card in my life, nor do I care.

For me Halloween is the worst, I've never really liked Trick or Treating and I don't really care too much about sweets either. It's just a really annoying day where the door goes every few minutes because some kids want sweeties. The most fun I've had at Halloween was when we all changed our avatars and names on LBPC. Last year was hilarious, though it did get a bit out of hand. >_<		2011-06-03 16:59:00

My least favorite holidays are Easter and Halloween
Indifferent to Easter, but Halloween is one of my three favorites (Not the trick or treating, just the evil spirits, rituals, etc... And dressing up in costumes...)

Yeah... I led the charge by impersonating Jesus. Then Satan, God, Barrack Obama, Chuck Norris, A Pickle and several other weirdos followed soon after. Things did not end well. ;_;

I think name-changing is okay... as long as it's appropriate and you understand the risk involved (i.e. not being able to get your original name back).

Make them yourself

1 egg
100g plain flour
225ml milk

To serve 2 just double the number of ingredients. It'll make around 5 pancakes as is.

Mix the above in a bowl and leave to stand for 30mins.

Heat (mark 5?) and butter pan, pour thin layer of mixture in and cook for a bit before flipping and it's done. Easy.		2011-06-05 14:22:00

Guy Fawkes day has become as appealing as death flavoured crisps since I got a dog. Someone has to sit with him all night or he'll panic :/

Valentines Day and Thanksgiving.
Valentines Day because of all the pink and hearts and all the cutesy crap my school does.
Thanksgiving, because everyone expects me to eat some crappy turkey and all sorts of other food I don't like
But at least we get a crapload of pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving and a bunch of candy on Valentines Day!
