I was just playing LBP2, for the first time after the huge PSN shutdown, and it appears that all of my downloaded DLC is missing! Even the MSG from the GOTY edition is gone as well. Now, I know I can re-download these again, but PSN store is currently offline. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

The PSN store is still down. That is what indicates whether or not you actually own the DLC. Since it's down, it's assumed you don't. You'll get it all back when the PSN store returns though.

Actually, my store still shows all the DLC I have and gives me the chance to redownload it, even though PS Store is down. Not sure what's up with this.

The title of this thread also assumes that one issue (your missing DLC) is somehow related to the other (i.e. the timing of the PSN outage/hack.) It's most likely a corrupted profile. Once the Store is restored, you should be able to re-download your purchases. There's also this very old (and perhaps outdated) article (http://forums.littlebigworkshop.com/t5/General-Discussion/PS3-DLC-Not-Working-Can-t-Find-your-purchased-DLC-Possible/m-p/152548) over on LittleBigWorkshop you might want to read. The last part indicates that re-downloading should do the trick at the very least.
