Wind and Ice?

What if we had wind and ice (or some degree of coldness) in the game? Wind could be used for a variety of things, for example, changing the direction of balloons and other floating objects. Also it could provide resistance to the player's direction of travel during levels. Another feature could be ice, for example, use it to freeze hostile sackbots or it could be provided as a platform in water. You could make wind if you put a sequencer on the objects and just put weak movers on them. It might not work for sack boy but if you used a sack bot Im sure it would Ice can be made by having tag sensors on an object you want to freeze and tweak the dampening.
