How to Make Pixel Animations?

I would like to make a pixel animation but I'm not sure how? The animation would be made of about 3-5 frames and I would like it to loop. Please help! | 2011-05-31 15:41:00 Author: Unknown User |
Basically all you need to do is build the frames on separate pieces of holo and wire them to a selector with a timer running into the increment input of the selector. Sequencers aren't really that good for this purpose; there's a slight overlap between when one frame goes off and the next begins, which results in a little bit of "ghosting" when the thing animates...a cool effect, but usually not the desired one. The advantage of the selector is that only one output can be on at one time, resulting in a smooth looking animation.
