There is a way, sort of. You have to use a controlled sackbot, though. Create a 1 block holo that follows the sackbot at top speed. Attach a joystick rotator to the holo, as well as an emitter for the projectile. Essentially, you're creating your own creatinator. With this set up, you should be able to shoot and grab at the same time.
