Hey guys, I don't know if this is even possible, but I have put some lights (LED) in the extra glitched background layers, but they don't seem to be doing anything. I can change the fogginess and radius and such, but nothing changes visually. I am guessing it is because all the glitched layers are part of the same thin background layer, so there's really nothing to light up. So like I said...I don't know if this is even possible. Any help would be appreciated.

in answer to the original question, i believe you can put lights in the background, but if not why dont you use tiny circles of hologram instead.

Seems that lighting effects are jipped in the background, best to look for an alternative if possible.
