Type It Typewriter

Yeah I spose this is more relevant in the object showcase than the level showcase XD
Introducing theeeeeee:
Type It Typewriter
*crowd goes mad*
*one man drops his burger*

Are you always searching levels for fonts?
Are you always deleting objects in your pop-it because of those fonts?
Are you a tad carp at making fonts yourself?
Do you need a logo?
Are you very lazy?

No? Oh... well err, okay see you then

A few days ago, I published a typewriter I've been working on for about a week and it is basically a qwerty keyboard (without the numbers) with a little cardboard screen where you're typing will appear.
You have the ability to hit space and enter and all that jazz and then when you're finished you can move the keypad out of the way to reveal your message!
It's part of a new set of LBP tools for the community that I'm beginning to publish so I hope you enjoy it! And if it helps to make just one of your levels logos or your profile pictures then 'job's a good n'

@JCB: Hahaaaa cheers dude, I won't lie to you, I wasn't expecting many replies, there's only so far I can make a typewriter sound interesting XD
Aha, it's ideal for making logos XD The sackgods gave you this level to make logos Hahaaa, my humour is veryyyyy Enlgish, sorry about that

I've only just come across this thread and it sounds totally original! I'm going to visit your level right now just to see how it works.

It must of taken you ages to complete and good work deserves recognition!!

PLAYED!!

A little confusing at first, mainly because you can't see your sack person and your initial instinct on the game is to move. It took me a little while to realise what was going on. But once I figured it out what to do, everything was good and worked as intended.

I also left a review, and hearted!!

Yeah I didn't really know how to do the layout of the level for sackboy so I'll adjust that for you

Mwahahaa let's be honest everybody loves a good ol swearing on a typewriter hahaaa, I won't begrudge you that and yeah I've done the same, it makes playtesting more entertaining right hahaaaaa

I think that freestyle typewriter is immense yeah, I wonder if we can make a typewriter that is compatible with the LBP Move patch update?
That would be so awesome to point at the screen like you were typing on the Nintendo Wii, I'm guessing that would be quite easy to make too as well
Yeah I was worried that typewriters invite dodgy uploads really XD But I saw that you can now delete visible photos as a creator which is great
Yeah that would be great I always liked the layout of the ex version as well, it seems like once you're next the keyboard everything is there for you Something I'm trying to make sure my next typewriter can do as well I don't have anything spectacular planned though like making it type anywhere like you did, just a bigger keyboard and some variable backgrounds I kinda published this one just to test the response and it seems to be doing alright so far *fingers crossed* XD		2011-06-16 22:44:00

Hmmm.....I have a Move but never thought about using it to operate a keyboard. Might be worth a try when the pack comes out. Yeah I wish we could have deleted photos a long time ago but at least we have it now.2011-06-19 22:23:00

Yeah I saw a round up of the features for the update and straight away thought that the typewriter should be able to benefit from it somehow
I think I've used the move once when I got it for that prehistoric moves beta and never touched it since
