Unsung creators

I'm always hearing about how there's these awesome creators out there that don't get any plays or any attention.
So here's a chance to name them. We have level recommendations already so no levels, just awesome creators that somehow manage to fly under the radar.		2011-05-25 13:48:00

It's hard to find them but for example BobTox was one big freaking gem, he made whole series in LBP1 that much people didn't know about, and it's similar quality of design, thru it was no story platfromers. And imo he made best desined minigame on beta, that also didnt end up known:

Bloo_boy, he maybe sux in making gameplay bit his level art looks great
I don't know if count that, fotosynthesis1 made nice lost vikings-like series, not much people know about it
The_lil_joker do nice levels sometimes

TBH, Ive never really noticed a truly great creator go unnoticed. They always seem to have levels that have several thousand plays each. In my opinion, thats "getting noticed". If a level is actually good, it usually becomes popular just because its good, and then all the junk is what thankfully goes unnoticed.2011-05-25 14:13:00

Yes, BobTox is a hidden gem . I can't think of any really.... unless you count LiGhTmArE who already has an Mm Pick for Cyber Strata. I like his levels 2011-05-25 15:04:00

Greemaa (http://lbp.me/u/Greemaa), his/her levels are tough with good gameplay and always have a weird lighting set-up/visual techniques that makes them look great.

But his/her newest published level actually only got 1 play, and that was me. http://lbp.me/v/0eyshq

The level with the highest amount of plays is 439, the rest are well below that. (There's about 15-25 full platforming, complete and published levels too!)		2011-05-25 16:04:00

Yea, BobTox is already uncovered, same as lightmare imo. I queued levels of mention people here

I dig a little more in my list here some other less know creators:

ShamgarBlade - his levels was been playeo n beta lot but not in full game, his art is great
coasterfreak1235 - this guy is freaking logic beast, he like to make puzzle levels
Sir_Linque - how the hell i forgot about him, his Sackbot X is freaking well made custom platfromer, much better from stuff he was experimenting in beta		2011-05-25 16:41:00

horiiiiii. Best creator in Japan I've seen so far.

Definitely my favorite for this is Alley_Cat_8633.

He's made some incredible platforming levels that each got a couple hundred plays mostly from so many renowned creators leaving great reviews. His levels are fantastic, I'd really recommend him.

Also, Kipmonlin...didn't he do Vanilla Breeze and Common Cold? If that's the same guy, then yeah....he's really good.

Yea I just met Daj through comphy a couple days ago and he is truly one awesome creator and a great artist. I would have mentioned him but I didn't know that he flew under the radar.		2011-05-27 15:06:00

Oh great list! I particularly like zynax's puzzle levels, Jeoy's got great stuff, K3NDRAKRAY has some great visual effects, se-mi had some awesome platforming, and mister-tau's mine level was just awesome, also love all of sabres stuff. Wow. This annoys me somewhat.
You don't get to have 1000+ creator hearts, a minimum of 400 plays on each of your levels, and still claim you're unsung.
So, you're not one of the communities cool-club members that gets mentioned in every article ever written on any LBP-based site. So, wut?

Why don't you try struggling to scratch a triple figure play count, and then claim nobody notices you.

My favorite creator of all time is Vandz (I think the spelling is correct). His levels are the most difficult I've ever seen but are also VERY well thought out.2011-05-28 03:40:00

I gotta throw out a vote for "SteveBigGuns". He came out with some GREAT levels such as "Helghast", "Unnamed level", "Unnamed level", "Unnamed level", "Stuff 2", "Unnamed level", and "Seaside Survival Challenge".

Unfortunately, he lives in the shadows of that, ummm, OTHER creator "Steve_Big_Guns".

Some other unsung creators: "Steven_Big_Guns", "Little_Big_Gun_", "andy_big_guns", "Clay_Big_Guns", and "CENTURION_36"

And, of course.... soon to be famous "Feeshe_Big_Guns".

Im, OK noticed. I've been noticed by two people, of course they were my friends, friends. But still.

I would recommend royal_pirate
She only has LBP1 levels but they're challenging and awesome, she's working on her LBP2 levels currently

I read the description and already gave my two cents. Except for a select few, most creators that are good, are "unsung". Some more than others, to be sure. But my intent is not to fill your thread debating the definition of what/who an unsung creator is. To me, there are too many to name.

He's Japanese, but he has some of the most outstanding level I've ever seen, like Sagrada Familia, the last 3 levels of the LittleBigGardner Series and Guitar World.
All in LBP2, haven't seen yet anything from him on LBP2.

I think Brixx101 is an amazing creator. His Lightly Toasted (http://lbp.me/v/xkx8f9) level didn't get enough attention. You can tell by looking at the level that it had lots of dedication put into it

And it only got 15 plays And people left rude comments just because the fire didn't work right in LBP 2.. So it's not on LBP 2, it's on LBP 1 I love his creation style.		2011-05-31 16:42:00

IZZak2 is amazing creator too and has many levels that are unpopular (except Rendezvous). But he is really nice person too and I really like his levels. I recommend to play The Explosive Factory, I have played like 3 times it and I never get bored .2011-06-08 10:16:00

Ah, I know a bunch of unnoticed good creators. Take BananaFarmer for example or mr500games. I bet you haven't heard of those. In fact, I bet you haven't heard about me. I made lots of unique levels in LBP1 and thanks to those cursed level spammers people never noticed me.

When I say unique levels, I mean RPG turn based battle systems (with no lbp2 technology) or spaceship first person shooters (without lpb2 controlinator).		2011-06-09 23:58:00

But they do exist. mr500games made the logic for the level Island Survival and he also makes a bunch of mini-games and platformerlevels. Try searching for: Voxel Land.

And BananaFarmer received so much poor attention that he quit after creating Geometry wars.

There's also creators who have tried to do a comeback after taking LBP vacations but are left forgotten. Did you know Lemur101 made Battle Suit Raven Wing 3? Raven Wing 1 was a success in LBP1.		2011-06-12 19:06:00
