Magnetic Crane: Save The Sack Bots

I got the idea of a magnet from a story level(In the cosmos) and took many hours playing with gadgets to FINALLY make a magnet. I hope everyone enjoys, and Please, Give some feedback. Thank you for your time

Overall i thought the concept was interesting but there are a few issues such as if you accidently exit the crane you can't get back in and also i got it stuck against the boxesand the wall. Maybe you should create an electric pulse or something that the crane can shoot to destroy the boxes. Also bombs hidden in some boxes would be a nice touch that would destroy a certain ammount off boxes if hit.

If you were to darken the level and add coloured lights around the playing area it might make it a little more exciting to look at as well. I find good lights always make people happy.

Thanks for the suggestions Lordwarblade! I like the suggestions and will be adding them! Or at least most of them lol. Also, you are supposed to save the sack bots, so the pulse idea I'm not sure about lol. I will make a way to teleport back to the crane.2011-05-27 22:26:00

Hello Ares_26, I left a little review on your level but I'm not sure if I was being clear enough; I thought that this was an interesting mini-game to play, but I felt that the music didn't quite fit with the aim of the game at all. I'm not really sure which song you could replace it with though; seeing as the level revolves around saving captured sackbots perhaps Frantic or Panic might work? It could possibly fit the concept even more if you placed a countdown timer that started as soon as the player jumped into the controlinator. Doing that could basically force them to scurry around and see how many sackbots they'd be able to save before time was up.

I also found that the crates were quite easy to crush, leaving random sackbots around to chill out on top of other crates while the only thing the player can do to them is squish them. Mind you, I didn't try to do that but I was wondering if you could also incorporate a way for them to grab onto the crane like how they did in "The Sackbot Redemption."

If you're still up for it, can you play through any of my levels in my signature and leave feedback on them? Any one of them is fine, or you can play through all of them if you want. :o The choice is yours. ^^
