Being Able to make 3D objects Like the ones given In story mode

Archive: 6 posts

You could make the side of the object 1st then press R2+R3 to turn it 90 degrees or whatever.

THIS IS TWO RECTANGULAR OBJECTS SIDE-BY-SIDE.

If this were possible then we could make a pretty detailed vehicle.

I'm sure someone will say something on how it'll be impossible/take up too much thermometer/have messed up physics. But anyway, I've wanted this feature since LBP1.2011-05-26 18:11:00

And it would break the "symplicity" of LBP2 level creation. Full and decent 3D objects are hard to make and take time.2011-05-26 18:46:00

Complex 3d object meshes are hard enough to make within a 3d package as it is, let alone within a 2.5D game2011-05-26 19:05:00

Termo is not a issue, if it was it would already be there 3 other issues

-Yes, 2D physics, whatever you want this feature or not it's still a issue
-Same as transparent stickers, it would lower down DLC business
-It might be over complex for a pad

It would be nice indeed. However, as Shadowriver mentions, there's also a financial issue!

It would be nice if we could use move controllers for the object creation, like in the tech demos of move. Being able to control the z-axis makes the move controller even better for 3d content creation.

@shadowriver: I wished to thank you for your feedback to my diamonddash level, but your inbox is full, can't send messages!
