A Magnification Object Tweaker

| What I mean by 'magnification object tweaker' is an object tweaker that can be applied to an object or material and 'set the size' at which the object is perceived by the player regardless of changes to game/movie cameras. Possible applications I can think of for this would be in the making of cutscenes, custom sackbot animations and, possibly most importantly, being able to create a static HUD.
