| I don't know for sure, but I'd guess it's achieved through using holograms connected to a sequencer. Have 2 or 3 frames of the lightning made from hologram activated through batteries on a sequencer rapidly. | As a point of clarity, is it this part of Currant Affairs that you're asking about? http://i0.lbp.me/img/ft/9206bc39793a23abac7414bae87830980da42972.jpg Those zaps are visible holograms that have been charged up with the Electricity Hazard tool. They are indeed emitted. You can set their timing off from each other through a combination of Frequency and Sync. For example, if they both have a frequency of 2.0, and the first one has a Sync of 1.0, whereas the second has a sync of 0.0 or 2.0, they will poom poom poom poom at a regular rate, alternating 1 seconds apart. I've whipped up a demo for you in my Tools for Other Creators (http://lbp.me/v/zkymt3).
