many have said - and MM love it - that LBP is Lego for the digital generation (and i completely agree). so why not follow in lego's footsteps and forgo the worry of losing the core philosophy? why not offer genre packs: a shooter pack with materials, stickers, music, sound effects and explosions for just that genre... for example. we've had the pirates of the Carabian Pack which is essentially a pirate pack, so why not include packs that are not based entirely on particular films/games?

I think it would be cool if we got a robot pack where it is easier to change colours and stuff on sackbots, more costume stuff, techno music. Even being able to change the material that sackbots are made from, like we can with checkpoints now.

i agree. There should be a Sports pack with football, hockey, golf, baseball and tennis. Maybe sports music and sound effects too!!!

Yeah, I'm in favour of this. I must admit, the non-licensed DLC packs are normally my favourites. MM does a great job of all their DLC, but I do feel when they don't need to stick to a particular movie/game for their ideas, they do, do a better job.

exactly. it seems to me a missed opportunity that MM haven't done this. i reckon they would be very popular. i second the nature pack, with a variety of trees, gnarled oaks and the such. bushes and flowers as well as generic backdrops with mountains, meadows and snowy wastes. a variety of bird song and animal sounds... the possibilities are endless for the consumer and MM would make a packet

I have always wanted "genre packs" and a ?nature pack? with plants and trees should definitely be one of them. MM said we could expect much more DLC when the new game was released, but to me it seems like the time between DLC is longer than ever. The Move pack must be taking up a lot of their time. I think generic genre packs would be very successful and I think a majority of the creators would buy them. I know I would. It's definitely a missed opportunity.

Maybe a danger kit, with multiple new tools and items? ooh, has anyone ever noticed that there hasn't been a creator pack 2 or music pack 2? maybe we could also get a level kit that has more than one new backgrounds and sound effects!

a working 50m Fernando Torres. sounds more like a fantasy pack to me... i think we need a medieval pack, maybe it could be Robin Hood themed? Thatch roof material, Bricks, COSTUMES! more castle type stuff etc
