i know this may sounds like a dumb question but ive seen it a lot, how do you make those water effects, like a waterfall, it almost looks like some sort of animated glass material?

If you don't have it you can get it in Eves Asylum More specifically the "Patients Are a Virtue" level. I think it's near the end of the level, where you have to push some flaming boulders.

I remember it was just a bit tricky and it had something to do with jumping in front of the boulder or using it before it fell or something...too long ago to remember exactly though.

Well.. you sort of did remember exactly Just gotta run in front of the flaming boulder and jump up the plant stairs, before they get burned by the boulder

Yes,I remember this glass material was in one of the Eve's Psychiatric levels on Story mode.
