I know I haven't been on here in a long time, but I've been reading the forums and checking in from time to time even though I've been silent. All I have to say is Dude, LBPCentral, I totally miss you Anyways, I've been spending a lot of time watching Doctor Who, and Torchwood, I've already seen some Doctor Who ideas that have blown my idea out of the water... yeah, Like this one on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDI3V4JAI10 by Geeterman Which made me cry with shame about my horrible logic issue.... I finally get the Tardis to spin, and Boom, Gettermans intro level made me give up doing a Dr. Who opening credits... Now watch the Original http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6jcMmwe0n8 Soooooo since no one has done it yet, I am looking to create a cinema game of Torchwood... I'm working with the lighting and Logic to create this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJEvYeFUwHg The lighting is starting to work, but I know absolutely nothing about creating music, so I'm figuring that is is going to take about a year to do.... lol If any Torchwood, Doctor who fans would like to help me create this monstrosity of a project, message me and let's get to work. Also, what do you guys think, I should do about the logic idea for the blinking screen and slowly moving the Torchwood letters forward? I'm not the best creator, and things I have created were simple Lbp levels, or ones that aren't very good at all, almost noob like, but since I've been working on fixing my issue with the new logic, more things are possible, and I've gotten tons better since a couple of years ago when I first cracked open the game. Give me your suggestions and advice, and I will gladly take it all!!! Thanks, XOACIREXO

Well done. Thats something thats sadly lacking in the video game world a doctor who or torchwood game. Doing it in lbp2 is a fantastic idea, well done. I'm helping with the' Warehouse 42' project at the moment, but would still love to help you too, if you like Good luck with it, it is a great idea. If i could offer some advice, work on the way the game will play and how multiple players will work in the game, as well as the cutscenes. Its very easy to make an awesome intro and run out of steam for the actual game- its happened to me loades of times. just saying my friend. That aside, I'd love to help. You could have each of the 4 players in sackbots with health bars and each of the 4 sackbots can be a different character (like player 1 is Jack Harkness, Player 2 is Gwen, Player 3 is Yanto and Player 4 is maybe a walk on character that might change as the game goes on)

I'm definitely open to all suggestions at the moment, the only thing that seems to be working is the lettering for Torchwood, as well as the use of Lasers, to create the effect of the opening title screen. While I know I need to sit in front of the Tv with my laptop and go through each and every section of the opening credits, I've at least got a good beginning to start with. My idea is that you are recruited into torchwood, and the mission is to find the Doctor, I was thinking that the Sackbots could be Gwen, Owen, Ianto, Tashiko, and Jack. when the mission is through and you've found all the clues that lead you to the Doctor, The Doctor comes down and takes Sackboy and Jack with him into the tardis to save the world. I can imagine that it will take 3 level links to get this done. 1 for the Torchwood intrance and one for the Torchwood Level, and then moving off with Doctor Who there should be a short movie of the tardis moving through the portal, and then off to save the world from the Daleks. Although, I would prefer the David Tennant Doctor, over Matt Smith any day.... Throw in your suggestions and let me know what you think.

P.S. Did anyone notice that Torchwood is an Anagram for Doctor Who ??? lol I was thinking of during the cut scene where you take off with the Doctor, the letters of Torchwood form into the letters that Spell Doctor Who. I like that idea!

I noticed that. Anyway, I've begun building in LBP, just an Intro were you say Hi to captain Jack in this hi-tech facility. It's a foundation for a story. If you want I can do the Opening Credits (The blinking lights and Words) and you can help me build it.
