In this contest you will be competing against other creators to create the best cut scene and walk away with 1 of 5 LittleBIGBoffin Rare sticker! Here's the sticker, check it out: http://wiki.lbpcentral.com/images/3/32/Little_Big_Boffin.png So What do I Have to do to win the sticker? Essentially you will be creating a cut scene of absolutely any theme, length colour, shape, etc, inside the PSP LittleBIGPlanet create mode. Anything that the game gives you, you may use! The main point of a cutscene is to tell a story, so please remember this when creating. There are FIVE stickers up for grabs, so don't put it off! Get yours! What Will my Entry be Judged on? -Narrative (Story telling element) -Visuals (How good it looks!) -Complexity (How well you pulled off all the hard stuff) -Audio (The sounds and music!) There must be rules! What are they? -All DLC content is ALLOWED -There is NO need to create a level to accompany your cutscene, and in doing so WILL NOT change how we judge your entry -There is to be NO putting down of others work -You CANNOT use a template. Please keep it original! (This means no community objects unless you made them) -The level MUST be made on PSP, no other medium -Your level name and PSN MUST be posted in this thread upon completion So.. uhh.. Do I have all year? Nope! You have 6 weeks! The end date of this contest is: Sunday 3rd of July 2011 11:59PM GMT+13 If you hand in your entry late, it won't be counted sorry! Woah woah woah!!! Do I have a limit on how many cut-scenes I can enter? Not at all! Though only one entry may win a prize. I would suggest however that you invest more time into creating one spectacular cutscene, than several average ones. Well, get cracking!!

Are you planning on starting that up again? Clarification Questions -Since there isn't exactly a refined cutscene tool on PSP, we're allowed to require the player to move around grabbing/setting off switches right? -Can the cutscene be strung across an entire level, with a beginning scene, some gameplay/story in between, and some more cutscenes at the end?

I'm going to be pretty relaxed on this and not be too strict on how you present it, but I would prefer that the cutscene still feels like a cutscene. For examples on a cutscene, check out spark151's level (The one where theres the skeleton xDDD ) Yes you may make multiple cutscenes, buuut I will judge them independant of each other. Effectively you would be building two cutscenes

*Just now stumbles upon this thread* It's about time another PSP rare sticker contest comes about. Too bad I already have that sticker. I've always wanted to experiment with cut-scenes in LBP PSP. I thought about doing a Cause And Effect (http://lbp.me/v/wesdyg) level thing. (Sackboy in a cart that moves sackboy in and out of camera zones.) BTW, This contest ends a week before my B-Day.

I congratulate anyone who can work a cutscene. I've tried and been greatly defeated by the mechanics of the psp create mode! Thanks! While it isn't easy, it can be done. I don't think anyone here made a legit "cutscene," maybe they did, mine just changes camera angles from close to far to back close again and follows the path of the level with a few speech bubbles.
