Beautiful scenery, clear flow of gameplay, traps, boss, puzzle ... What more need for a nice level! Perhaps the monster spider set early in the game, but I do not mind. Good job!

If you have 5 minutes, please play my versus level Mad house (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=56662-Mad-House) LBP.me (http://lbp.me/v/z4bz-y)

Just played your level. Not a bad little platformer you have there. Will definitely play the sequel. Wasn't too keen on the spider boss, but I'm not keen on bosses in general, so don't take that to heart.

Keep up the good work

I played it earlier today and it was quite great. The scenery looked good and the mid-level boss was also kinda fun. The only thing that puzzled me was the sublevel with only the score screen. I guess you ran out of thermo in the first but maybe you could have added some gameplay to the second part, since the level felt a bit short.

Good work

Give a shot to my latest level http://lbp.me/v/0d2x0j if you can and leave feedback in the related thread (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=56941-8-Bit-Kung-FU-Fighters).

Thanks for the feedback.

Vergil : yeah, that score screen is just a placeholder, when the second chapter is done the level link will link there. Just temporary. Interesting you felt it was short, others seemed to find it long based on the labels. It will be something to think about while working on part 2.

I played 8-bit kung fu fighters and really enjoyed it! I left a post in your thread. Great job!

Ali_Star: is there a particular level you want me too play? Thanks for the feedback!

Well, you've already played my Checkers level, so you've done your part, thanks for the comments BTW (I added more music like you asked, you can now switch between a few tracks). I don't care about my other level any more. You can play it if you want though, I won't be disheartened if you don't.

Good luck with the sequel

Thank you very much for your feedback much appreciated! On to your level!

Lovely level! has some great game play stuff with fun puzzles, I liked the part with the moving platforms trying to climb up. The spider boss was ace! great, simple yet fun. It's a bit sudden though when his doing that spinning beam thing which makes it hard to react when your flying in the air.

Visuals are wondering, great intro with some fun looking characters, I loved the moving things in the background such as the carts and crystal balls falling in the background, makes the level fell more active and lively. Maybe just a few touches of stickers and lighting in some places like the moving platforms you have to climb up, just be bit blank looking. In all I had fun, great game play stuff with fun characters and enemies. I'll definitely be up for playing the second part!

Thanks for creating and sharing a great level! loved it keep up the excellent work!

Ali_Star: Oh that's right. Sorry.

LordMagicPants: Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I'll figure something out to decorate the piston-y things in the furnace. You're right they are a little plain. Thanks again and I really enjoyed Super Afro Samurai Monkeys. (http://lbp.me/v/0-rppm)

Played your level a few days back & really liked it.

Good visuals, especially a very nice opening sequence. Funny spiders. Nice, entertaining puzzles.
I found the mid-level boss somewhat frustrating, but I'm not a big fan of bosses.

Good job. I will certainly check out part 2.

Great level. I really liked the balance you struck between gameplay and story, just enough story to drive the action but not too much to interfere with the game flow.
The level gets better and better the deeper you progress into it. I enjoyed the mid-level boss even though its difficulty really ramps up in its third metamorphisis negating any chance of acing the level. Wasn't sure if any points were attributed for destroying it though? The exit through the vents was fun and had some nice platforming.
I'm actually mid way through making a spider based level too...seem to be natural bad guy material. Let me know when you make some more and I'll check them out.

Just played your level and loved it!
superb detail, sackbots and story to boot..
I thought the balance of difficulty is just about right with some really original sections which gave it a really unique feel...
My fave bit was at the top of a boost tube, as you entered a sunny outside section briefly before falling back down again...
feedback left in the game also.. yay and hearted.

looking forward to part 2...

Cheers.

This is a great level you have here. The visuals were well done and fit the level well, especially the intro section with all the sackbots. The gameplay was good and I loved how you used so many elements (very good mix up of platforming, a boss fight, and puzzles), it really added a lot more to the level. Same goes for the setting, there was good diversity between the cave and furnace sections and the atmosphere was cool. You did a good job on this level and I look forward to your future levels

The one suggestion I have though is to put the boss later on in the level in your future levels. It felt like it was placed too early in the level which made it seem a little anti-climatic. Other than that though I can't think of anything else, good job!

Here's my level, if you could give it a go I'd appreciate it : Enigmagtic Music Pack (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=56614-Enigmatic-Music-Pack)

Hi, you might recognize me since I left a review on your level! First off, very nice way of presenting the player's entry! The visual effects were simple, but quite nice. I liked how you made the spiders just pop out of nowhere in the beginning of the level! In a way, it forces players to become a bit more aware and cautious of their surroundings, perfect for conveying a scary situation. I found the mid-level boss to be fun to fight against as well, seeing as it wasn't always doing the same attacks over and over again like I sometimes see in other levels. I do agree with LordMagicPants though and think that some areas look a bit blank, but overall, I enjoyed going through this level. I look forward to playing part 2! Let me know when it comes out.

As for playing through one of my levels, Ninjas of Karura is the one I'm paying more attention to, but it's a bit challenging so you don't have to play that one if you don't want to. ^^ You can play through any of my other levels in my signature and leave feedback if you wish.

Thanks for the feedbackEnochRoot!

Flatbadger: The Logical Wood is in my queue! Thanks for the feedback!

roflwaffle: Yes, I will take that advice as many people wished that the boss was further along in the level. I've learned a lot about the pacing of a level which I hope to apply in part 2! Thanks for the feedback! I'll bes sure to check out Enigmatic Music Pack.

Qrii_Nakari: I'll besure to let you know when Part 2 comes out. Thanks for the feedback. I'm up for a challenge, Ninjas of Karura is queued!

Thanks for the feedback of "Cybernetic Adventures Delta". That's a very good level you made.

VISUALS:
The materials, stickers, decorations, and sackbots are good, and the spiders looked awesome.

SOUND:
Great variety of musics.

GAMEPLAY:
The gameplay is very good in this level. The spider boss battle is a lot of fun, and the elevating up and down obstacles are ingenious. Don't know why your sub-level has only an checkpoint, but that's not a complaint.

OVERALL:
This is a good level with some very clever ideas. A yay and a positive feedback.

Hey sixaxis gret little level i liked the spiders and the fact that the boss was near the bginning instead of the end it made it different from most.

The part i enjoyed most was when you bounced high out of the city with sun and happy green wlderness. It was a good change in the atmosphere.

Great game.

Domik12: Thanks for the feedback and the awesome video! I noticed you had trouble getting the big rock out of the second layer. I'll have to fix that. Unfortunately I don't have a PSP so I can't check out your levels sorry. Thanks again!

Blanchrocker: Sure thing, I'll play it later today

Lordwarblade: Glad you liked it. Thanks for the feedback! And I really enjoyed Castle Defence- Siege of the ****ed.

Hi sixaxes, sorry im late leaving feedback. Overall, i found your level to be very fun, i played it with my friend and we really enjoyed it. The spider in the middle of the level was neat addition, also the boss fight itself was very good, as well as the intro cutscene.
One minor thing i noticed, there was a few winches, pistons etc on show, the bat at the very beginning was an example, you should make the not visible in play mode, it didnt look right, but thats only avery minor point.
Overall, i rated your level 'yay', well done

Hey, Blanchrocker, no worries. The "bat" was actually a little spider (hinting at the spiders later on) but it moved really fast so you might not have been able to tell. Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you liked it!2011-05-28 21:36:00

Yeap I couldn't tell what it was either. Your level is amazing, very well sequenced boss fight and gameplay. Real joy to play especially towards the furnace room. I'm surprised, your level deserves a lot more plays and hearts then what it currently has.

At the part where you use the grabinators to lift a rock to get up to the next platform, I accidentally through it up onto the platform. This left me with a bigger rock to deal with which took a while to get out into the layer in-front. May be good to have a tag sensor on the rocks to trigger another rock to spawn in case people loose the rock up onto the upper platform and can't get another one.

Thanks for the feedback LittleBigDes! Yeah I really hope I can get more plays on the level. I'll slow the spider down at the very beginning. The problem with the big rock is that it's too heavy to switch layers while you're holding it. So you have to stand in the front layer next to the rock and then grab it. I'll play around with it. Thanks!

Edit: I'll be sure to give your levels a go when they're complete
