Nice level, the design was different and I really enjoyed the way you used the layers. One small issue on the boss fight though, when I died I would keep respawning into another death due to the plasma platforms that are moving, I recommend the checkpoint on another platform that way the player can jump in when hes ready. Oh and when the boss battle is finished the music box is showing on the upcoming checkpoint, its not a big deal though. Thats about it great level and yayed.

Quite an enjoyable level. None of it was annoying or frustrating which is good. I like it when levels have secret areas so thumbs up for that I did have the same problem as the poster above though. I spawned onto the plasma bits a few times. Maybe you could put the checkpoint on a little ledge to fix that. To start, I do like the simplicity of your badge. Nice job on the counter at the end...I guess found nothing - haha. I do think the bulb shoot-out at the end is a tad too long and is probably is the main thing I would recommend addressing. I wasn't quite sure at times if I was missing something or not. Perhaps try something different with the bulb. Maybe move it or have it pop out in a different position after each kill. All in all it was a nice relaxing adventure.. When you have time, please give my Ka-Boom Basketball, Afro Troll or Golden Acorn level a try in my sig. Thanks.
