(PSN) A problem occurred when attempting to connect...

| So, this isn't really what I hoped my first post would be about, but I'll never make it to a second post if I can't get this sorted. PSN is working just fine in my area (supposedly). I changed my password and started playing LBP online starting the instant I found I could. However, I began getting this error when trying to load levels late yesterday, stating, "A problem occurred when attempting to connect to the PlayStation(R)Network." Restarting the PS3 doesn't change anything, and my Internet connectivity is fine. Furthermore, I'm able to see community levels, search, and even copy levels to my moon to play. | Sounds like you're running into problems due to the millions of people scrambling to get back on PSN. If you're on PSN, which I assume you are as you can view community levels, etc., this is probably just one of the hiccups of having so many people online at the same time. Keep trying. Also, you may want to consider posting in this thread (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=55809-PSN-Downtime-Reasons-and-Consequences) to see if anyone else is having the same problems. | 2011-05-16 13:42:00 Author: schm0  Posts: 1239 |

| Looks like the store officially hasn't gone up yet. No joy after a complete restart of my modem, firewall, routers, and PS3. Guess I'll just be waiting this out.
