Cool concept but the execution doesn't work too well imo. It's over contrasted and a bit too monotone. Monotone things work fine sometimes but with all the textures and the over contrasted lighting it screws it up. The focal is overpowered due to the contrast and seems really LQ. The brink logo is a bit too overblurred as well. Overall is a bit too messy. Toning down the contrast and messing a little with the colour will help a lot. KIU

Thanks, guys. Apparently not for everyone, but when can you make something for everyone? Although, in the end, I liked it, so... forget you! No, I'm joking. I know absolutely nothing about actual art, therefore I don't really know half of what you're saying, but obviously it's not for you, rseah. Here's a few of my own points though: - The Brink logo is about as sharp as I can get it without having to retrace the entire logo with the pen tool. Too much work for me. :B - Intentionally monotone and over-contrasted. I messed with it for a while and settled with the way it is now. I like the contrast and, if it isn't obvious, the shades of blue. - There are only two textures Although I value your opinion, I find it a bit degrading; but if you can't take critiques in art, then it isn't for you. Thanks.

Lol. Rseah, it's fine. Almost all of my work is just me experimenting and getting the hang of things anyway. Criticism is good. I don't think I'll ever be great at this stuff, but I do love to make things and see what happens. :] And thank you, Warlord!

What program do you use? I can't find a good computer drawing program to save my life. I used Adobe Photoshop CS5 and a little Illustrator. Wow, that's awesome. Seems almost too different to be pulled off in the first attempt.
