Its incredibly annoying how a text search in any filter will look for creators and levels and its usually not in order of relevance. It is also impossible to find any player that has not made anything unless you see them in any sort of activity or tagged photo. This applies to both LBP.me and in game. Does anyone else feel that this should be changed to include a specific search for creators/players and a separate one for levels?

You can search specifically for creators by placing @ in front of the name you're searching.

the text search in general is pretty weak, and you're right, it in now way sorts results or gives you any option for how to sort them. i'd love to see that changed.

Really? Oh! Thats cool Will this still find those who have not made anything? Thats the more annoying part. Unfortunately no, it does not help in searching for people who have not published anything. This makes it difficult to heart certain creators without the use of LBP.me. It would be nice if there was a "Similar Results" section as well, since I doubt everyone will spell every creator's/level's name correctly.

LBp.me searches are the same thing... Also I think creators should at least get priority over levels. Even if the name is exact, it will show up after any level that is somewhat related.. a bunch of level searches are weird too has anyone done research to find out how LBP's rating system and plays reflect searches and filters? Also do ratings on comments and reviews have any effect on anything other than it just shows everyone the votes?

LBp.me searches are the same thing... Are you searching for levels or creators? Did you know that if you type in the address bar "lbp.me/u/***" and replace the asterisks with the creator's username, you can reach their profile page and heart them from there? Even if they haven't published a single thing!

Mabye that a better search system is going to be in the next patch but TBH I think there are more important issuses than that for the next patch but good suggestion none the less.
