[EDIT]: Fixed. Found out that my slim counted as my main PS3 and I could change my password for my account from the PS3. Mods, Please lock! Thanks to everyone wqho answered

Is the PS3 in which you set up your PSN account still intact? you can use that. Well, the first time I made the account, it was on my old YLOD PS3. But I got a slim and put my account (Before my email was hacked, obviously) on the slim. Could I do it with my slim? You can call them. Sony? Would it be a customer support line?

For that exact reason I thought it was a stupid idea for SCE to send emails to change your password when I first heard about it.

Yes, you should download the firmware update, log in and edit your email address after your password is up to date. If you want to contact Sony, try this: http://us.playstation.com/support/contact_options/ That's for the U.S., so I'm sure you can find the UK equivalent rather easily.

Due to heavy traffic you may be prompted to an error message when you attempt to change your password. Just keep trying and eventually you will get the change password screen you're looking for.
