Hi! I'm Lean, I i have heard this site from mcflurries video. I'm new with this game. Is it advisable that i should play LBP before LPB2? and should I get collector's edition or a game of the year edition?

Hello Lean welcome to the site. To answer your question you shold complete lbp1 before LBP2 so you can have a whole range of creating abilities to use then complete LBP2. Also get both colectors edition of LBP2 and GOTY edtion of LBP1.

Welcome, The story isn't so heavy that you'd miss a bunch if you didn't play LBP1. But I'd still advise getting it. Enjoy your time here!

Hi blackeagle05, one of the advantages of playing lbp1 first is that you'll earn lots of objects and stickers to use in your lbp2 levels. The main reason is that you'll have more fun playing those levels also. Hope you enjoy our community and share your new creations soon!

I personally don't think you need lbp1 if you get lbp2, but I think you should get them both just for the fact it's awesome to do so. lol

Welcome! Glad ya made it! I think LBP1 is important mostly for the prizes, but only if you are into creating or costumes. The story levels, especially later on are really cool for ideas on platformers and in some ways, I found them a bit more fun and clever than LBP2. ...not that I didn't love all the LBP2 brought. Just seemed there was more charm in LBP1. Have fun!

Wow...its nice to have helpful people around. Alright I'll get a new set of LBPs haha...my LPB1 and LBP2 are not the GOTYE/Collectors Edition. Also is there a section here for JailBreaked PS3s? coz i'm planning to Jail break 1 of my PS3s. I'm just curious about how can i use another person's Saved data, not that i'm lazy haha but just really curious about it. Thanks guys
