Not to be a party crasher, but isn't this considered tampering with the PS3? Well, I'm not judging, but just be careful with stuff like that, just check more into it before using it It might be considered hacking, that's the reason I don't do it, I just like to learn about how it works and how to do it, just to get more into Tech things, but here, just be careful (http://www.gamegrep.com/news/5951-playstation_3_xmb_theme_creator/) as I said!

Because it's a made program that functions with the PS3 to make themes that you're supposed to buy, or that's free.
