Hmph. I guess it isn't much of a special occasion anymore. : Well, over here anyways, today is Mother's Day. Y'know, that one day when you do something special for your mom (like sending her to the spa or cleaning up the house) to show her how much you appreciate her. For my mom, I cooked dinner (something I NEVER do, but can xP), which involved me to grill some steaks and corn... and I nearly burned myself in the process. xD So I'm just wonderin'... what did you do for your mom today (provided that you celebrate it)?

It was fairly "original" celebration here. Breakfast in bed and A self-made card. (Which actually came out pretty good since I'm an artist.)

Aww! That's so sweet Jack! My mom hasn't taught me how to cook yet (She's scared I'll burn myself ), but I warmed her something to eat, I put an Ice cold Coke in the Fridge the night before, and I made her a card with Dophane designs on it with flowers and writing in pink, and glitter on it She liked it I like showing that I appreciate her Today, I gave her the coke, fixed her something to eat in the MICROWAVE , and gave her a card, and a hug, and I got a hug in return

I made my Mum a video clip with memories from last year and this year which contained motion graphics and text thanking her for everything she does for us. I spent the whole night doing it. Went to sleep at 6AM xD I love my Mum

I went to her house because she made dinner (odd, eh? but she didn't want to go out). And I bought her a picture frame so she can put a picture inside that she has of just the two of us.

Meh, her bday was on Valentine's Day so I could kill two birds with one stone. Just made my mum a card with a picture of a screaming cat behind a football/soccer ball (as you do, every time she saw my wallpaper on my pc she laughed), she said she loved it but was sure I got the date wrong. It turns out today is American mothers day, England's one was a month ago. /Facepalm

My mother likes to drink. So i bought her 3 bottles of Portugese Rose wine. 3 for the price of 2 in my local wine store. Also, she tells me not to waste money on a card...she still uses the one i made her when i was about 8years old.
