Okay guys, so if not all of us then most of us know by now that there is only 6 days left to go for BRINK's release!!! For those of you that don't know what BRINK is, it is a new FPS game that revolves around a battle between "The Resistance" and "Security". The game is a shooter but to make it stand out from other FPS, the creators have given players the ability to freerun (Freerunning is doing stunts from vaulting railings to wall running to building jumping) and they have also brought colour back into shooter games... The Security and The Resistance both think that they are the good guys, so it is not like any other game where it is you vs the other team who say "I will destroy the world"... The Security are fighting to protect "The Ark" and The Resistance are fighting because food and water are getting scarce... Anyway, the game has a Singleplayer mode where you play through a story in "The Ark" either from The Security's or The Resistance's point of view... The Multiplayer mode is where you can put your skills to the test, by fighting against other people... The good thing about BRINK, is that you are always uniqe, because of the Character Customization that lets you edit skin tone, facial features, clothing (colour of clothing included) and give yourself tatoos... In the game, you can choose which class you are: Soldiers: Using explosives, soldiers are needed to complete demolition missions. This class can also refill teammates’ ammo and increase the amount of ammo a teammate can carry. Operatives: Operatives are needed to complete “hack” objectives. They can disguise themselves as fallen enemies, and can remain disguised until they attack (or are attacked). They can also see, and mark enemy traps. Engineers: This class can remove enemy traps, and complete repair and construction objectives. They can also augment teammates’ weapons, and plant or defuse landmines. Medic: The medic is needed to heal and revive VIPs in escort missions, as well as teammates. Yup, looks awesome. Resistance Medic and Security Soldier mainly, though operative and engineer will be interesting to try.

Indeed, Brink looks to be awesome Theres been a bit of contraversy on if this game's SMART system works the way its intended to,however, so I may rent it before I buy it, y'know, just incase

BRINk has now been released in the USA I think? The SMART system stands for Smooth Movement Across Random Terrain for those that didn't know and it is activated by using "Sprint" on Call of Duty games...
